* Resubmission is required since papers should be improved based on feedback from conference presentation. All papers submitted before July 31 can be submitted to the Journals for another series of reviews for potential journal publication up to a 40% acceptance rate. While papers submitted before August 15 will be considered for conference presentation and proceedings inclusion, July 31 is a strict deadline for journal consideration due to our review cycle.
